These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tenewow.com and the booking of experiences offered through our platform. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Tenewow is a booking platform that connects travellers with curated tourist experiences in Tenerife. We act as an intermediary between you and the local providers who deliver the activities. The experiences themselves are operated by independent local partners, and Tenewow is not directly responsible for their execution beyond the booking process.

2. Bookings and Payment

When you book an experience, you receive a confirmation by email. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. By confirming a reservation you authorise us to charge the total amount shown to your payment method.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience are non-refundable. Certain experiences may have specific cancellation conditions, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, for arriving on time for your experience and for following the instructions and safety guidelines given by the local provider. You must meet any specific requirements indicated for each activity, such as physical fitness, age or equipment.

5. Liability

Tenewow is not liable for any injury, loss, damage or accident that may occur during the delivery of an experience by a local provider. Each provider is responsible for maintaining the necessary insurance and safety standards. Our liability is limited to the booking service we provide and the total amount paid for the affected reservation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on tenewow.com, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Tenewow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, and the date of the last update will be indicated. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you accept the revised terms.
